Job Position: Assistant Charge Nurse

Major Responsibilities:
– Assist the Nurse Manager in managing and supervising nursing staff
– Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and standards
– Coordinate patient care activities and ensure effective communication among the healthcare team
– Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans
– Provide direct patient care as needed and support nursing staff in complex cases
– Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
– Conduct staff training and development sessions
– Handling Infection Control
– Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
– Valid DOH License
– Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent
– Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred
