Job Position: Pricing and Procurement Executive

– Vendor management: Research, evaluate, and select carriers/trucking/vendors, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing
– Pricing strategy: Analyze market trends and company data to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitiveness
– Performance monitoring: Monitor vendor performance against contracts and KPIs, maintaining strong supplier relationships and addressing any issues
– Process improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency
– Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organized pricing procurement records, including performance reports, invoices, and contracts
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
– Proficiency with MS Excel and systems is often required
– Only experienced candidates in the Shipping Agency and Freight Forwarding industry will be considered
