Job Position: Planning Engineer

– Prepare and update project schedules in accordance with contract requirements
– Monitor critical project activities and milestones based on the project schedule
– Submit updated work programs showing actual progress and identify delays, weaknesses, and recovery measures
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and work programs
– Assist in the preparation of work programs, manpower histograms, and cash flow projections
– Record and maintain updates on site progress obtained from the project team
– Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, with proper resource and cost loading
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
– Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the façade or construction industry
– Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential
– Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
– Preference will be given to candidates with experience in façade projects
