Responsibilities / Requirements:
– Procurement Engineer
• Manage procurement activities for switchgear components and materials
• Coordinate with engineering, production, QA, and logistics teams
• Source and evaluate suppliers across UAE, GCC, and international markets
• Handle RFQs, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and contract management
• Ensure compliance with IEC, ANSI, UAE/GCC standards
• Monitor delivery schedules and supplier performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3–5+ years procurement experience in manufacturing (switchgear/electrical preferred)
• ERP systems and procurement knowledge required
– Sales Engineer
• Develop business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and end users
• Promote LV switchgear panels and electrical solutions
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to project handover
• Coordinate with design and production teams
• Build client relationships and monitor market trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3–7 years sales experience in LV switchgear/electrical panels
• Knowledge of IEC standards and DEWA/ADDC/SEWA approvals
• UAE driving license required
– Estimation Engineer
• Prepare cost estimates for LV/MV switchgear systems
• Analyze BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams
• Prepare material take-offs and cost calculations
• Review vendor quotations
• Support tendering and sales teams
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• 3–7 years estimation/tendering experience in switchgear
• Knowledge of electrical drawings and SLD required
