Job Position: Area Manager

– Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability
– Ensure operational excellence and brand consistency at all stores
– Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization
– Mentor and develop Store Managers and frontline teams
– Ensure compliance with UAE food safety standards and regulations
– Oversee the execution of local marketing campaigns and promotions
– Requirements:
– 5–7 years of multi-unit management experience (QSR preferred)
– Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Hospitality, or relevant field
– Strong leadership, operational skills, and financial acumen
– Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HACCP, and food safety compliance
