Job Position: Architectural Draftsman – Interior Fit-Out
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field
– Experience: 5+ years of UAE experience in drafting for commercial, luxury, or hospitality interior fit-out projects
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge in Revit is a plus) and 3D Max knowledge; familiar with UAE building regulations; strong knowledge of interior detailing, joinery, and coordination with MEP drawings; ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical shop drawings
– Interior Fit-Out Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, finishes, and ability to deliver design solutions that align with client needs and specifications
– Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise drawings that meet high-quality standards, ensuring all design elements are executed flawlessly
– Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate design concepts into detailed construction drawings
– UAE Regulations: Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE
– Prepare detailed architectural drawings for interior fit-out projects, from concept to execution
– Work closely with the design team to refine layouts and design elements based on client needs
– Ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications and regulations in every stage of the drafting process
– Collaborate with the technical coordinator and other teams to ensure the timely delivery of design documents and resolve any technical issues
