– Join our growing team as a Facilities Lead, where you’ll oversee all maintenance operations, manage vendors, and ensure our facilities run efficiently, safely, and reliably.
– Key Responsibilities:
– Manage maintenance contracts and third-party vendors to ensure top-quality service.
– Oversee daily facility operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems).
– Plan and execute maintenance activities, refurbishments, and improvement projects.
– Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
– Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in facilities management (corporate or industrial).
– Strong technical knowledge of building systems and vendor management.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in CMMS software and facility reporting systems.
