Job Position: CAFM Administrator
Location: UAE

– Configure, administer & optimize CAFM modules
– Manage CAFM master data, standards & migrations (BIM/COBie)
– Develop Power BI dashboards for Assets, SLAs & PPM performance
– Act as the CAFM focal point, ensuring user support & contract compliance
– Bachelor’s in Engineering / FM / Asset Management / IT (or related)
– 6 – 8 years’ experience in CAFM administration & configuration
– Strong Hard FM knowledge (HVAC, Electrical, Fire, Water & Civil systems)
– Hands-on with PPM strategy, SLA/KPI logic & asset lifecycle planning
– Expertise in Rosmiman / MRI CAFM, Power BI & advanced Excel
