Job Position: Sr. FM Supervisor (EOL)

– Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Facilities Management, Construction, or Property Operations
– Strong knowledge of FM operations, construction works, and building systems
– Well aware of local authorities’ rules and compliance requirements
– Ability to resolve disputes related to dilapidations, defects, and the scope of works
– Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
– Good verbal and written communication skills in English
– Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
– Immediate joiners preferred
