– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management.
– Proven track record in supervising electrical maintenance teams.
– Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance.
– A valid manual driving license is mandatory.
– Ability to join immediately.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities (preferred VIP Villas & properties)
– Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
– Prepare reports and maintain maintenance logs.
