Job Position: Quantity Surveyor

– Review and analyze tender documents, contracts, and project specifications
– Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for Facilities Management projects (hard & soft services)
– Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and quotations
– Carry out cost planning and budget management for FM services
– Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for bids and tenders
– Ensure all estimates align with company pricing strategies and target profit margins
– Liaise with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to obtain project inputs and clarifications
– Identify commercial risks and contribute to risk management and value engineering initiatives
– Maintain and regularly update records of pricing, suppliers, and FM market trends
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Facilities Management
– Minimum 5 years of experience in FM tendering and estimation
– Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services
– Good understanding of FM contracts and commercial practices
– Proficient in cost estimation tools and MS Excel
– Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
– Immediate joiner preferred
