– OPEN POSITION: FM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
– Experience: 6-8 Years with an FM Company, proven experience in FM business development, tendering, or sales within the UAE/GCC market.
– Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Facilities Management (or equivalent)
– Availability: Immediate
– Driving License: Essential
– Language: Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written. Arabic is an advantage
– Job Summary: Responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector. Works closely with operations, estimating, and marketing teams to prepare competitive proposals, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in line with company objectives.
– Strong understanding of hard and soft FM operations, SLAs, and KPIs.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and tender documentation, with familiarity with CAFM/ERP systems.
