Job Position: Marketing Manager

– Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and promotional calendars aligned with seasonal trends and business goals
– Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting for marketing resources
– Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns for menu launches, outlet openings, and special events
– Ensure timely execution and consistency across all marketing channels
– Oversee digital marketing activities, including content creation (photography, video, reels) and social media campaigns
– Manage online brand reputation across digital platforms and review channels
– Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all customer touchpoints
– Ensure brand standards are upheld across all outlets and communications
– Build and manage relationships with influencers, food critics, media, and local corporate partners
– Coordinate PR initiatives and collaborations to expand market reach
– Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and ROI
– Use insights and data to optimize marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
– Brand strategy and development, Real Estate Division Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Online Presence
– Content Development, Event Marketing, Public Relations, Marketing Budget, and ROI
– Cross-functional collaboration, Market Research and Analysis, Team leadership
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
– Local hiring only
– Good knowledge of the Qatar market
– Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a strong F&B marketing background
– Exceptional leadership and team management skills
– Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools
– Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
