Job Position: Hotel Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Assist guests with scheduled and walk-in transportation requests
– Promote and secure limousine bookings on-site
– Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy
– Represent Al Ghazal Transport at partner locations (airports, hotels, malls)
– Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely vehicle allocation and guest satisfaction
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in guest services, transport, or hospitality (with operational exposure preferred)
– Diploma or equivalent qualification
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
– Valid UAE driving license
– Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
