Job Position: Senior Civil Estimation Engineer
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

– Lead and manage the estimation process for civil and building projects.
– Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
– Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analyses.
– Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications.
– Collaborate with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure comprehensive and competitive bids.
– Guide junior estimators and oversee tender submissions and clarifications.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
– 15–20 years of experience in civil estimation, preferably in leading roles.
– Strong background in building and core building projects (highly preferred).
– Excellent knowledge of tendering procedures and cost estimation practices.
– Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
