Job Position: QA/QC Manager

– Required experience: 12+ years, 5+ years on similar projects
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with MMUP and ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor certificate
– Ensure quality, safety, and environment management system processes are established, implemented through respective department heads, and maintained
– Apprises the management of the effectiveness of the total management system and improvements needed from time to time
– Creates awareness for customer satisfaction and continual improvement throughout the organization
– Liaison with external agencies on matters related to total management
– Coordinates and schedules management review meetings for monitoring the effectiveness of quality, safety, and environmental management systems, reviews integrated policy and effectiveness of objectives, and for continual improvement
– Maintain records for management reviews
– Ensure management reviews audit results, feedback from customers, effective functioning of the processes, resulting products meeting the requirements, monitoring status of corrective and preventive actions, follow-up action on previous management review meeting, recommendations and changes required for improvement, adequacy of resources
– Review and update documents and get documents re-approved by the management
– Ensure availability of relevant documentation at all points of use
– Ensure prior approval of documents for adequacy before issuing for usage
– Ensures the revision status of documents is identified
– Schedules audits and conducts internal audits through either third-party auditors or internal auditors as appropriate
– Prepares audit reports
– Ensures training needs of personnel apprising the management of such needs whenever found necessary, through relevant department heads
– Monitoring project quality, safety, and environmental control activities are in place
– All aspects of quality, safety, and environmental control requirements with emphasis on continual improvements and measurement of performance
– Monitors, organizes, and ensures timely external audits
– Adherence to Quality, Environment, and Safety aspects within the company
