Job Position: Estimation Engineer
Location: UAE
Company Name: Al Bonian FM
– Review and analyze tender documents and project specifications.
– Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM projects (hard & soft services).
– Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations.
– Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
– Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for bids.
– Ensure estimates align with company pricing strategies and profit margins.
– Liaise with operations and engineering teams for project inputs and clarifications.
– Maintain updated records of pricing, suppliers, and market trends.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in FM tendering & estimation
– Valid UAE Driving License
– Immediate joiner preferred
