Job Position: FM Engineer Zone Management

Skills & Responsibilities:
– Proficient in inspecting infrastructure assets and reporting findings to the client
– Ability to create tasks based on inspection findings and assign them to the relevant service providers for necessary action appointed by the client
– Ensure all findings and actions with recommendations comply with standards set by local authorities such as JAFZA, PCFC, RTA, DM, and DCD
– Good Communication Skills in both verbal and written
Requirements:
– Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in infrastructure or community maintenance management
– Qualification: BE in Electrical or Mechanical
– Mandatory: Valid driving license
– Immediate Joiner Preferred
