Job Position: Civil Supervisor

– Supervise and manage day-to-day civil maintenance activities
– Coordinate and lead site teams to ensure timely and quality execution of works
– Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards
– Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
– Prepare reports and communicate progress effectively
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Facility Management company
– Strong technical knowledge of general civil maintenance works
– Excellent supervision and team management skills
– Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
– Good communication and reporting skills
– A valid manual driving license is mandatory
– Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field
