Job Position: Group Head of Financial Control and Regulatory Affairs

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
– Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm or in the financial services industry
– Proven experience managing regulatory reporting, financial control, and regulatory audits
– In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and accounting treatment for financial products
– Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks, mainly CBUAE, FTA, Companies Law, SCA, ADGM, and ESR advantageous
– Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
– High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance and governance standards
