Job Position: HR Specialist
Location: Kuwait

– Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related discipline; Professional HR qualifications are an advantage
– Minimum of three years of experience managing various HR initiatives (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development)
– Solid understanding of Kuwait Labor law and HR best practices
– Must hold a transferable Kuwait visa
– Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion
– High attention to detail, self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive
– Outstanding English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
– Articulate and able to communicate effectively across various organisational levels
– Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
– Salary: Up to KWD 400/- per month
