Job Position: Manager – Risk Management

– Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– Professional certification in risk management is preferred.
– At least eight years of experience in risk management, with focus on enterprise risk.
– Experience in the exchange house business or banking is a plus.
– In-depth knowledge of CBUAE, DFM, ADGM, FSRA, SCA standards and other relevant regulations.
– Proven experience in designing and implementing risk management frameworks across domains such as Operational Risk, Technology Risk, Business Risk or other related areas, including policies and standards.
– Ability to conduct thematic risk assessments periodically, ensuring timely risk reporting.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
