Job Position: Sales And Marketing Specialist- Facility Management

– Afsa Carwash is Dubai’s leading mobile car wash service, offering convenient, eco-friendly, and professional car cleaning at customers’ doorsteps
– As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialists to join our team and help us capture partnerships with residential and commercial buildings across the city
– Actively canvass residential and commercial buildings across Dubai to introduce Afsa Carwash services
– Build and maintain strong relationships with facility management companies, real estate management firms, and property managers
– Secure approvals to place Afsa Carwash marketing materials (flyers, stands, banners, etc.) in front of and inside buildings
– Promote Afsa Carwash subscription packages to tenants, parking users, and visitors
– Meet weekly and monthly sales targets through direct marketing and relationship-driven sales
– Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand service reach
– Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales in the company CRM system
– Represent Afsa Carwash professionally at all times, ensuring brand values and a customer-first approach
– Experience: 2+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in facility management, real estate, property services, or FMCG field sales
– Relationships: Candidates with active contacts in facility management and real estate management companies will be given priority
– Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Personality: Outgoing, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Languages: English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage
– Mobility: Must be willing to travel across different areas of Dubai daily
