Job Title: Administration Manager
Location: UAE
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large-scale organization in the UAE.
- Deep knowledge of Tawteen system compliance and Central Bank regulations.
- Up-to-date understanding of UAE employment laws and HR compliance standards.
- Strong ability to prepare and submit HR and compliance reports (e.g., Tawteen reports, employee data).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
