– AED 2,500 – AED 3,500

Requirements

– Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
– Experience in Zoho Accounting Software is mandatory
– Sound knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
– Candidates based in UAE or India are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

– Manage daily accounting and administrative activities
– Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt transactions
– Maintain accounting records and bank reconciliations
– Monitor receivables and payables and follow up with clients and suppliers
– Update quotations, inquiries, and customer records
– Prepare reports and maintain company documentation
– Coordinate office administration and operational activities
– Support sales and logistics functions through internal and external coordination
– Manage legal documents, renewals, compliance records, and expiry tracking
– Follow up on customer payments and ensure accurate recordkeeping
