– Minimum 5+ years of Gulf experience as an Executive Secretary with any GCC-based large conglomerates, directly reporting to the Senior Leadership team.
– Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Corporate Secretariat, or a related field.
– Should have strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.
– Ability to demonstrate professionalism, proactiveness, and reliability while always maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
– Excellent English communication is required, while Arabic proficiency is preferred.
– Proficient in MS Office Tools, ERP platforms, and other IT applications.
– Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
