Job Position: Accounts Manager

– Demonstrated experience in real estate is mandatory. Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
– In-depth knowledge of real estate and construction accounting principles, including project-based accounting and revenue recognition
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
– Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA)
– Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in UAE
