   Location: Jeddah, KSA
   Experience: Minimum 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and manage system procedures and communication methods.
• Oversee new system implementations, including testing and adjustments.
• Manage evolutionary and corrective maintenance based on legal and organizational changes.
• Handle agency requests and oversee train orders.
• Address passenger claims and manage compensation for delays or system failures.
• Prepare reports for TGA and SAR and manage train quotas.
• Administer PostgreSQL database, create Excel VBA processes, and generate reports using Excel/Power BI.
• Ensure system operation aligns with user and customer needs, and manage system error corrections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of databases, SQL, and Microsoft Excel VBA.
• Experience with ticketing systems, offer creation, and quota management.
