Job Position: Supply Chain Management Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Manage demand planning and forecasting, including safety stock optimization
– Oversee purchase order (PO) management and supplier coordination
– Optimize stock turnover while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
– Stabilize order trends to improve forecast accuracy and supply reliability
– Implement new techniques to improve stock availability and demand accuracy
– Act as the first point of contact for customers (email, phone, system) for all spare parts–related requests and issues
– Support logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows
– Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management (stock levels, demand trends, KPIs)
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
– 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations support
– Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken) – mandatory
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
