Job Position: Legal Advisor
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

– Provide legal advice related to real estate development and construction projects
– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including construction, development, supply, sale & purchase, and lease agreements
– Handle legal disputes and claims, coordinating with external law firms as required
– Ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations
– Support internal departments with legal matters and contribute to legal risk management
– Review legal documentation to protect the company’s interests across all projects
– Bachelor’s degree in Law
– Minimum 5 years of professional legal experience in Dubai
– Proven experience in real estate development and contracting sectors
– Strong knowledge of UAE real estate, construction, and commercial laws
– Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
– Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
