Job Position: Marketing Coordinator & Executive
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Company Name: Above & Beyond Properties
– Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for property listings and projects
– Prepare and manage marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, and online listings)
– Coordinate with brokers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies
– Manage property listings on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
– Support digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
– Track marketing performance and prepare basic reports
– Ensure all marketing content complies with company branding and RERA guidelines
– Assist with events, launches, and promotional activities
– Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing (UAE market preferred)
– Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
– Proficiency in MS Office, property portal,s and CRM systems
– Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
– Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe is a plus)
– Understanding of UAE real estate regulations and marketing compliance
– Strong organizational and coordination skills
– UAE driving license (preferred)
