– At 7 Seas Matrix Logistics Services LLC, we are expanding our team and looking for a Finance Assistant who can bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to our finance operations.
– Support the Senior Finance Executive in day-to-day financial operations.
– Manage accounts receivable and payable with accuracy.
– Take lead in credit control and proactively follow up with clients for payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
– Assist in reconciliations, reporting, and financial documentation.
– Provide support in multitasking activities, including light HR and administrative functions.
– Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in finance/accounts.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in managing collections.
– Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
– Salary Range: AED 3,500 – 5,000 + Benefits
