Requirements
– Minimum 3–4 years of warehouse operations experience
– Experience in furniture warehouse operations preferred
– Engineering graduate
– MBA in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations preferred but not mandatory
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Advanced MS Excel

Key Responsibilities
– Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound & putaway, picking & packing, outbound operations, workshop operations, and returns & replacements
– Drive warehouse productivity and operational efficiency
– Monitor SLAs and coordinate with retail and delivery teams
– Ensure strong internal customer and store experience
– Plan and optimize manpower deployment across warehouse operations
– Support warehouse technology implementation and digital transformation
– Develop and execute warehouse supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
– Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational enhancements
– Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors on supply chain projects
– Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with HSE standards
