Requirements:
– Minimum 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) operations in the UAE
– ITI / Diploma mandatory for Technician roles
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Good communication and teamwork abilities
– Immediate joiners only
Key Responsibilities:
– Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules
– Inspect equipment, identify faults, and complete repairs efficiently
– Respond to service requests and emergency breakdowns
– Perform maintenance/cleaning tasks as per company standards
– Follow HSE policies and maintain safe working environment
– Complete work orders and maintain service records
