Requirements

– 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation
– Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
– Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
– Experience in merchant lending, SME finance, working capital products, or other BFSI/FinTech sales roles preferred
– Existing merchant/SME network in the UAE is an added advantage
– Preferred languages: Arabic or Malayalam, with good English communication skills
– Candidates with a sponsored visa are preferred

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct outbound calls to prospective merchants and SMEs to promote lending and payment products
– Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales or Relationship Management team
– Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and conversion data in the CRM
– Handle customer queries on loan eligibility, product features, and application process

Salary

– AED 3,500 – AED 4,000
