Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
– 5+ years of procurement experience with a construction main contractor in the UAE/GCC
– Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, suppliers, and subcontract procurement
– Experience with ERP systems and procurement management processes
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
– Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
– Manage procurement of civil construction materials, equipment, and subcontract packages
– Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
– Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement contracts
– Coordinate with project, engineering, planning, and commercial teams
– Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules
– Ensure compliance with project specifications and procurement policies
– Maintain procurement records and support cost optimization initiatives
