Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field
– 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or Insurance Operations
– Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and AML/CFT
– Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
– Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and company policies
– Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and monitoring activities
– Prepare compliance reports and maintain regulatory documentation
– Support audits, investigations, and regulatory inspections
– Conduct compliance training and promote ethical business practices
– Review KYC/CDD documents and assist in identifying suspicious activities
