Requirements
– Minimum 1 year of Home Loan Processing experience in the UAE
– Experience reviewing loan applications and supporting documents
– Ability to verify applicant information including income, employment, assets, liabilities, and credit history
– Knowledge of lending policies and regulatory requirements
– Experience coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, valuers, and legal teams
– Ability to follow up on missing documents and resolve application-related issues
