QS Engineer

Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost control for construction projects
– Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, cost control, and contract administration
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software
– Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents
– Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
– UAE/GCC construction experience preferred
– Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and construction claims management is an advantage
– Experience in building, infrastructure, and civil construction projects preferred
– Professional certifications related to Quantity Surveying are an advantage
