Qualifications
– B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering
– Minimum 5–7 years of GCC experience in Road & Infrastructure projects only
Key Responsibilities
– Develop detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for road and infrastructure works
– Perform quantity measurements from drawings, specifications, and site data
– Assist in contract and subcontract administration
– Track project expenditures, variations, and budgets
– Prepare and assess variation orders, claims, and cost implications
– Coordinate with engineers, planners, and project managers for cost reporting
– Submit cost reports, cash-flow forecasts, and financial updates
– Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
