Experience Required
– 6–8 years in landscape maintenance, nursery operations, or horticultural supervision
Key Responsibilities
– Manage daily plant care, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pest control, and nursery upkeep
– Ensure soft landscape maintenance activities meet approved standards
– Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure efficient manpower utilization
– Ensure plant health, landscape aesthetics, and compliance with specifications
– Liaise with engineers, clients, suppliers, and internal departments
– Enforce safety protocols and track team performance
– Submit daily/weekly reports on nursery inventory, site progress, and maintenance activities
