– Process and coordinate insurance claims documentation
– Perform AML checks and ensure regulatory compliance
– Verify customer documents and maintain accurate records
– Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and compliance teams
– Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
– Escalate complex cases when necessary
