Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of FM experience in Dubai
– Valid UAE manual driving licence (mandatory)
– Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
– HVAC qualification/certification preferred
– Good knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance procedures
– Strong supervision, communication, and reporting skills
– Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage site operations independently
– Coordinate with teams and clients
– Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently
