Job Position: Property Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
– Promote off-plan investment opportunities to both local and international buyers
– Conduct property viewings and provide expert market knowledge and guidance
– Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
– Negotiate deals and ensure smooth end-to-end transaction management
– Maintain accurate property listings and update CRM records regularly
– Stay updated on market trends, RERA regulations, and new developments
– Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to support sales efforts
– Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience (Dubai market preferred)
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Proven sales record and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset
– Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is an advantage
– RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it)
– Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
– Valid UAE driving license and access to a car preferred
