Responsibilities

– Achieve sales target as per the plan and contribute towards enhancing Sukoon’s market share in the corporate insurance business.
– Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and introduce internal experts where necessary to meet the defined revenue targets.
– Negotiate and close sales and renewals.
– Setting up meetings with new clients, maintaining account relationships through weekly calls and visits.
– Respond to all account queries and ensure timely and effective problem-solving of all issues.
– Follow up regarding sales with the relevant parties, respond and resolve all receivable issues or problems that customers face.
– Create a pipeline of customer business.
– Client receives a quality of service that adds value.
– No justified client complaints over the provision of services.
– Investigate and resolve complaints and service failures.
– Receive all quotation and endorsement requests from key accounts and respond within appropriate timelines.
– Respond timely and accurately to underwriter queries.
– Identify the training requirements of the field force periodically and co – coordinate the same with the training department.
– Develop and maintain a strong awareness of local/regional markets and the regulatory environment, and share relevant updates with the team.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Analytical ability
– Result orientation through strong drive, initiative, and motivation
– Attention to detail
– Teamwork skills
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Brokerage management in the UAE Market / Employee benefits, Medical, and Life insurance
– Written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic are a must
