Job Position: Junior Accountant
Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain freight invoices, port charges, and agent bills
– Record financial transactions using Tally
– Handle UAE Customs & Port Clearance
– Follow up on order processing and deliveries
– Manage bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
– Prepare and analyze reports, VAT filings, and payroll
– Support internal financial compliance and documentation
– Collaborate with departments for smooth financial operations
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– Minimum 1+ years of accounting experience in logistics/shipping (UAE or home country)
– Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or CRM software
– Good understanding of VAT regulations and reporting standards
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
