Job Position: TeleSales Executive

– Bilingual (Arabic and English)

– Make outbound sales calls to potential or existing customers
– Present products or services clearly and effectively over the phone
– Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
– Handle objections and negotiate to close sales
– Maintain and update customer databases and call records
– Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
– Follow up on leads generated by marketing and other sources
– Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies
– Previous experience in tele sales, call center, or customer service role
– Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
– Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
– Positive attitude, self-motivated, and resilient
