– NOC REQUIRED FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES
– Job Purpose: An Area Supervisor will achieve the highest quality of cleanliness for the airport by directing and coordinating the Soft Services operation in accordance with the standards and policies of FMM
– The ideal candidate will have a background in airports, malls, 4-star/5-star hotels with 300+ hotel rooms, or entertainment parks
– He/she will be an individual who fully understands the delivery of exceptional, detailed quality outputs and has the ability and foresight to balance operational requirements and the expectations of the client
– Qualifications & Experience: At least 5 years’ experience working in a busy and/or luxury environment
– At least 3 years’ experience managing a bigger workforce; 100+ manpower
– Skills / Certifications: Advanced technical knowledge on strip and seal of floors/floor restoration
– Advanced chemical knowledge
– Knowledge of different types of cleaning equipment and machines
– Certified by international cleaning institutes (BICSs, FIGR, ISSA, etc.)
