– A Major Taxi Company in the UAE is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager
– Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field
– 8-10 years of experience in fleet or transport operations management
– Minimum 3 years in a managerial role leading operations teams
– Experience supporting digital transformation and smart mobility projects
– In-depth understanding of fleet operations, including: Dispatch systems, Vehicle scheduling, Fleet utilization, and downtime metrics
– Oversee Daily Fleet Operations
– Develop and Enforce Operational Standards
– Monitor and Improve KPIs
– Lead Operational Excellence Initiatives
– Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
