Job Position: Senior Sales Engineer – Control & BMS

– Strive to achieve the maximum sales volume based on company objectives and ensure the best customer service on each sale
– Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to company revenue objectives in the BMS domain
– Lead end-to-end sales activities, including project design, technical calculations, and preparation of competitive and technically sound quotations for BMS projects
– Strong knowledge of BMS systems, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc.), and major BMS brands
– Proven track record in business development, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
– Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals
– Valid Kuwait driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
– Bilingual candidates preferred
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
– Minimum 5 years of proven experience in BMS or related sales within the building automation industry
